These are absolutely brilliant for everyone at any age. Great for children in school with periods as they can be kept on all the school day. They have up to 10 hours of absorbency power. Charcoal bamboo layer waterproof outer layer to prevent leaks. Strong poppers to clip around underwear easy machine washable on 30 or 40 degrees. Handwash if you wish. Hang to dry or tumble on low heat.
